Playing sports is seen as a fun activity. People when get bored, they play some sort of sport but if an individual starts to enjoy that sport it builds up as a hobby and out of hobby they continue to play it then eventually that starts to show effects on their body. Out of many sports, we will have our focus on Tennis today. Why we chose Tennis is because unlike other sports there are lesser restrictions for player/s, people of all ages can play, not many people are required to play it for example; two opponents can play as “singles” and four people in two pairs as opponents can play as “doubles”.
